Twenty years in healthcare. Top medical sales rep. The woman who always delivered. Until the day my body stopped cooperating with my ambition.
Two years bedridden. Completely collapsed. And here's what shattered me: No one knew how to help.
They wanted to talk about boundaries. Prescribe antidepressants. Suggest yoga. But what I needed was someone who understood that my success strategies were, in fact, survival strategies, and my nervous system was paying the price.
That clinician didn't exist. So I became her.
I got certified in everything they don't teach in therapy: trauma-informed coaching, clinical pattern interruption, and the neuroscience of how high-performers collapse.
And I built The CAPACITY Spa™.
Not because the world needed another wellness program.
Because women like us needed a place that actually understands what we're living.

My JOURNEY
How i got here
GRADUATED NURSING SCHOOL AND WENT INTO ICU NURSING: High-stress battlefield of healthcare. Learned resilience, witnessed human vulnerability, and understood the true cost of relentless pressure.
2002 - The Very Beginning
Years of denial. Years of hiding.
Years of explaining symptoms that no one knew how to manage,
Years of being dismissed by white coats and white couches alike. So, I stopped asking for permission and rebuilt everything they couldn't.
TRANSITIONED INTO MEDICAL DEVICE SALES/LEADERSHIP:
Dominated a male-dominated industry. Top performer year after year, mastering the art of professional survival while quietly burning out. Had both my girls in 2008 & 2013 and won President's Club while pregnant.
2004 - 2017
COMPLETE BODY SYSTEM SHUTDOWN 2 YEARS BEDRIDDEN:
Rock bottom arrived. Diagnosed with over 80 different illnesses. Bedridden and broken, traditional medicine and therapy had no answers. I was forced to find them on my own. I had ignored the signs for years! I thought it was "normal" to feel this way!
2018-2020
TURNED MY BREAKDOWN INTO THE BLUEPRINT:
Built A Mindset by Design™, and a first-of-its-kind Clinical Behavioral Recovery Model built like a spa. I engineered the missing link: the system that restores high-functioning women before the crash. This isn’t mindset work. It’s medically-informed, behavior-driven recovery. Where biology, ambition, and leadership finally align.
